Educated in England and France, Mrs Goutierre graduated from Paris II Assas in 1980 and was admitted to the Paris Bar. She specializes in international contracts as well as both French and EU labor law. She has wide experience in setting up branch offices and subsidiaries and advising on HR policies including international and EU labor law issues. She is highly experienced in litigation and lobbying in France and the EU institutions. As one of few attorneys, Mrs Goutierre may represent clients before the courts in EU countries in four languages: French, Polish, English and Italian. She has been practicing law in Paris for the last 30 years. She founded BGS Law and in 2010 became a partner of a European law firm Koan in Paris. She presently runs her own law firm. Mrs Goutierre is a member of the Board of MEDEF Paris (French Employers’ Confederation) and has chaired the Polish Chamber of Commerce in France since 2004. As co-founder of a worldwide network of independent law firms – Mackrell International – the firm is able to offer quick and efficient legal assistance to clients worldwide. Mrs Goutierre has triple nationality (British, French and Polish), she is fluent in five languages (French, English Polish, Italian and Russian), vastly experienced in legal commercial practice. Due to her multicultural background she has proved to be a recommended guide for entrepreneurs entering the French market, and with the back-up of a team of well qualified lawyers, she can effectively deal with any commercial or investment project and any legal dispute in France or abroad.

Mr. Jean-Laurent Bourel has significant and long-standing experience in both contentious and non contentious intellectual property and commercial matters (including unfair competition). He advises clients on IP prosecution and protection strategy involving copyrights, trademarks, domain names, designs, advertising and internet related issues. He also developed expertise in the field of commercial, contract and labour law. He advises French and foreign clients on matters involving commercial, corporate and labour disputes. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Anglo-American Business Law from La Sorbonne (Paris I) and a LL.M. in international business and trade law from Fordham Law School (New York).
